How to avoid electrolyte contamination ?

How to avoid electrolyte contamination ?

As recommended on our quick start guide, the unit needs maintenance at least ONCE A YEAR

(See Sec. 5.3 in the user's manual):

ALL following items (Yearly maintenance Kit for L/45-80-160-350-700) must be replaced ONCE A YEAR

- Check valve

- Electrolytic solution

- Torch fireproof rubber hose

- Gasket set

- Flame arrester (Only for mod. L/80-160-350-700)

TO AVOID ELECTROLYTE CONTAMINATION, please make sure that:

YOU REFILL WATER IN THE INTERNAL TANK by DEPRESSURIZING the Booster Tank (FIRST STEP)

Whenever water or electrolytic solution needs to be added to the internal tank,
it is IMPORTANT to depressurize the booster tank by simply unscrewing
the handle-knob (see photo in Step # 8). This will prevent the flux from contaminating the electrolytic solution.

Do not DEPRESSURIZE THE INTERNAL TANK during the cooling time

Remember to refill the liquids (flux and demineralized water) in the morning, few minutes before starting to work

Remember that maintenance must be carry out regularly every year.
