This operation MUST be performed once per year. The yearly upgrade of our systems, through the implementation of the Yearly Maintenance Kit, will keep our machine functioning at peak performance, maintain efficiency and reliability for approximately 10 years.

ELECTROLYTE SOLUTION: US gal 2,378 (9 Lt) of DEMINERALIZED WATER + 126,98 ounces of KOH (CAUSTIC POTASH or POTASSIUM HYDROXIDE).

FLUX (DEOXIDIZER): US GAL 0.264 (1 Lt) of METHYL ALCOHOL + 0.529 - 0.705 ounces ( 15 - 20 g.) of BORIC ACID.
